If you are a new customer, welcome! Follow just this one simple step to ensure that your onboarding process is a simple and smooth as possible.
Create your account
Your account is considered the central hub for information about your pup. With an account, you'll be able to schedule your dog for daycare and grooming services, pay for your bill, use daycare packages, update veterinary info, and more! Simply add basic information, and fill out the Owner Contract associated with your account setup.
Note: Although it asks for Credit Card information, you are not being charged for anything at the time of the account setup. It is only being used for your convenience for when you check-out your pup.
Note: All dogs that come to daycare or boarding are required to be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
